The Customer Service Team are here to offer support for your devices that are used for educational purposes (laptops, tablets, phones and e-readers).
We aim to offer support for :
- wireless connectivity issues.
- virus checking, and (depending on complexity) virus removal.
- University supplied software on your device.
- data recovery, but we emphasise the need to always back up your critical data.
Please note that training for particular software will need to be sourced from the software vendor, or via your department, if available.
Walk-in support for devices is available from the ISS Customer Service Team at the Information Desks in the Singleton Park and Bay Libraries. Alternatively, please telephone (01792 29) 5500 or log a call on the Service Desk.
