Collaborate is a SharePoint site collection where different groups of Swansea University staff can create a joint collaborative site, in particular to share Microsoft Office documents and web pages.
Staff from other Universities and companies can also obtain a Swansea account to use Collaborate - external users are granted access to the system by way of an existing Swansea staff member who should raise a Service Desk ticket on the external user’s behalf requesting for an external SharePoint account be created.

The support is offered by the Customer Service Team, whose hours vary across the academic year – these can be found here.
More complex queries that the Customer Service Team are unable to resolve will be dealt with between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
