Description of the service

The design and provision of audio visual installations across both campuses.

Provision of a peripatetic equipment load service which includes data projectors, projection screens, audio recording equipment and most other types of audio visual equipment.

Provision of a TV production service (full HD).

In conjunction with the University’s Estream service we have a full TV and radio recording capability and maintain a ten day rolling archive of the main channels.

We provide a full video conferencing service to the University with links to other academic institutions and individual users, both nationally and internationally.

How to get help

Contact either by phone ext 4000 (if there is a fault that requires immediate action eg breakdown of lecture room equipment).

Via email for non-urgent requirements such as fault reporting.

The University’s knowledgebase is a good starting point to help resolve any queries you may have.

Hours of operation / support

The support is offered by the Customer Service Team, whose hours vary across the academic year – these can be found here.

More complex queries that the Customer Service Team are unable to resolve will be dealt with between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
