Getting help connecting to our Wi-Fi
You can get help for any wireless network problems in a number of ways. The official route is to contact wireless support via email by using the 'Report a Problem' form or you can visit IT Support in the Library building on campus.
If you need help with the KEYSURF or KEYCOM network then you need to contact KeySurf on 0300 103 0067.

If you have a problem using our Wi-Fi, such as with configuring your computer/device or issues with signal strength and wireless reception, you can contact us by filling in the problem notification form here.
