The Media & IT Support desk can be found in the Central hall of the Library & Information centre.

Introduction:

The Media & IT Support team deal with computing, media and audio-visual related queries. To enable the appropriate support to be given to both staff and students, IT Support maintains a Service Desk (for walk in enquiries), and a behind the scenes Media & IT Support Office (for telephone and email enquiries, remote support and administration).
