Exchange & Direct Enrolment Students

Exchange students: must be selected by their home University for exchange with Swansea University. You will receive detailed information on the application procedure from your home University's International Exchange / Study Abroad Office.

Direct Enrolment: students from a United States university which offer a Study Abroad programme at Swansea University on a fee-paying basis.  Please request further information from  your home university Study Abroad Coordinator.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.  PLEASE CLICK HERE

Applications must be submitted by the application deadline or they cannot be considered. 

For Fall/Autumn semester: 13th May 2016

For Spring semester: 28th October 2016

Visiting Students

If you are not able to come to Swansea as an Exchange student, you may wish to consider becoming a 'Visiting Student'. Please note that Swansea University does not accept 'Freemover' applications. Visiting students are required to pay tuition fees for the time spent at Swansea University.
Visiting students studying for only one semester or enrolling for fewer modules will pay a pro-rated tuition fee (please note that no funds are available for the reimbursement of this fee, either in full or in part).

EU Students: The fee for EU fee-paying students for 2016/17 is £750 per 10 credit module.
Non-EU Students: For International student fees will be confirmed shortly.

If you would like to be considered for admission during the 2016/17 academic year as a fee-paying visiting student please send an email to studyabroad@swansea.ac.uk.

You will need to ask one of your professors at your university to provide us with a confidential reference on your behalf in support of your application.
