The registration to 2016 Meet and Greet services has now closed.
Swansea University offers an airport pick up service, for a small cost from Heathrow Airport to all new International and EU Students; this is to make sure that your first journey to Swansea is as smooth as possible.
The service will depart from Heathrow Terminal 3 Arrivals on Friday 23rd September between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 (10pm). Coaches will depart frequently throughout the day. The estimated journey time to Swansea can take approximately 4 hours.
The service will operate on first come first serve basis, please therefore make your way to our arrivals team in Terminal 3 to collect your ticket.
We are now offering the opportunity for students to pay online in advance for the service for September 2016. It is recommended that you register for the event as soon as you confirm your flight itinerary. The cost will be £32. Please note the online payment is only available for students. Family and friends travelling with the students will need to pay cash in the airport. (Please note the online payment has now closed.)
For those students who wish to make payment on the day, the cost will be £40 for students and non-students. Cash payments can be made at Heathrow Terminal 3 in Great Britain Pounds, and will be collected by a member of staff from the International Development Office.
All places must be reserved by Monday 19th September 2016.
If you are not arriving at Terminal 3, please on arrival make your way to Terminal 3 Arrivals where members of the Arrivals Team wearing blue T-Shirts will be there to meet you, and take you to the coach departure point.
Please ensure that you have arranged accommodation in Swansea before you arrive at Heathrow.
