    Staff Mobility

Internationalisation is not simply about the support provided by the University to students. It is also about developing and strengthening links with other universities, academics, students and business around the world. It is about collaborative research that crosses geographic as well as theoretical boundaries, and it is about academic exchanges that provide insights into new cultures and new ways of doing things.

Above all, it is about ensuring that our teaching, research, and links with industry provide staff and students alike with the opportunities they need to succeed in today's increasingly competitive global market place.

Swansea University is committed to providing international opportunities for its staff.  The Erasmus scheme offers staff the opportunity to spend a period working in a European partner institution.   Click here for further information
