Australia Visa Information
You can only apply for the Visa once you have received a hard copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE )from you Host University. Your university will then provide you with details of how to purchase Overseas Heath Cover (OSHC). This is compulsory for all British students studying in Australia and must cover the entire duration of your studies.
You can then proceed to apply for your Visa Online; you will need to apply for a Student Visa (subclass 500)
You must be able to demonstrate that you have enough money to pay for travel and living expenses for yourself.
You will need the following documents for your application:
- Evidence to show you meet the genuine Temporary Entrant requirement.
Visa costs are around £310.
In some countries, it might take a long time to process your visa, so make sure you leave plenty of time to organise it.
