English Language Courses

ELTS runs a variety of English language programmes for international students. Students on these programmes are placed in multi-national classes of up to approximately 16 students and are taught by qualified and experienced teachers. As fully enrolled students of the University, ELTS students enjoy full access to library, computing and sports facilities as well as the full range of Student Support Services, in particular, the International Student Advisory Service which provides information and advice on non-academic matters, including immigration advice and services.

Accommodation

If you apply to do an English course with ELTS, you will be sent an Accommodation Form. All first year international students can be given places in University accommodation if they apply early enough and are staying for a full academic year from September. The University Accommodation Office will assist students coming for shorter periods to find suitable university, private or family home stay accommodation.
