China Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Programmes: 
Candidates are expected to have achieved a Senior High School Graduation Diploma plus 1 year in a recognised Higher Education Institution (with 60% pass mark), including an IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each part of the test (or equivalent).

Postgraduate Programmes:  
Candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree, or its equivalent, from a recognised University/College of Higher Education with a minimum of 2.2 Bachelor: 75% (70% for 211/985) awarded with IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 in each part of the test (or equivalent).

Non-standard grading systems, such as Hong Kong Baptist University (in conjunction with Beijing Normal University, P R China) and SHU-UTS SILC Business School (awarded by University of Technology, Sydney, Australia):

CGPA 2.5/Second Class (Division II) honours


Please note that some courses may require a higher entry requirement. You are advised to check with the individual course or check the conditions stated in your offer letter.

Swansea University International Scholarships

Swansea University offers a range of international scholarships to help the most talented and ambitious students to reach their potential. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must have submitted an application to study at Swansea University as you will need your student number to complete the scholarship form.  

If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, it is advised that you should to apply to study at Swansea University as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.
