American Students

Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Programmes: 
Candidates are expected to have achieved Minimum of 550 – 600 in each subject group (Maths, Reading and Writing) of the SAT reasoning test  OR 3 - 4 in at least 3 Group A AP tests OR  A composite score of  23-26 or above in the ACT.

Postgraduate Programmes:  
Candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree, or its equivalent, from a recognised University/College of Higher Education with a minimum of a2.2 Bachelor: CGPA 2.75 (out of 4.0).

Tuition Fees & American Scholarships

American Scholarships

Swansea University offer partial scholarships to excellent students. Scholarship information and applications usually open in Spring and close in July. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must have submitted an application to study at Swansea University as you will need your student number to complete the scholarship form.  

If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, it is advised that you should to apply to study at Swansea University as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.

National Welsh-American Foundation Scholarships

The NWAF is offering scholarships for students who wish to study in Wales, with the closing date being 15th June 2015. One is an award is for the sum of $5000, the other a travel grant of $1000.
