My Home Life Conference 2018: A conference for care homes

Join us for an inspirational day of learning, reflection and fun as we invite you to the My Home Life Cymru Conference 2018!

The day will provide a mix of speakers and workshops from varying organisations who are promoting great practice in care homes across Wales and UK wide.

You will have chance to meet policy makers, commissioners, regulators and join in some interactive sessions with artists, chickens and the opportunity to pimp a zimmer!
