‘Exchange programme was so rewarding'

"The life-changing opportunity to study abroad at Lingnan University (Hong Kong) exposed me to many aspects of Eastern cultures, and it gave me both the freedom and time to explore everything that this beautiful city had to offer. It was only a matter of weeks after my arrival when HongKong really pulled out the stops on Chinese New Year. This is when I knew my exchange programme was the most rewarding thing to happen in my undergraduate years at Swansea!"

Paige Skinner‘I honestly loved my course. By doing a joint honours degree, I was able to contrast the focus on America with World History as well, increasing the topics I could study.  My year abroad was by far the most amazing part of my university experience. I studied at the State University at Albany in upstate New York, and it was just incredible. Not only was it such a wonderful experience to learn from another point of view and a different way of teaching, but the opportunities there were to travel and take part in the culture were amazing as well.
