Help Desk & Work Request Form
The Technical and Engineering Services Team are responsible for the operation of the Estates & Facilities Management Helpdesk system.
With over 10,000 requests for maintenance, minor works, cleaning, portering and other Estates & Facilities Management services being received every year, the Helpdesk offers an essential tool for prioritising requests from across Swansea University’s two campuses.
Our Help Desk is supported by a Works Request Form located on the TAWE Helpdesk. If you would like to raise a request, please click here and follow the simple on screen steps (you will be required to provide a recharge code for works orders).
