The Centre will be equipped with state of the art facilities housed within the Institue of Life Science (phase 2) building.
The Centre is on schedule for completion in November 2011, but CNH currently offers access to biomedical and nanotechnology R&D facilities within the Colleges of Engineering and Medicine. When completed CNH will offer secure access to a 1500m² combined dedicated laboratory space and 200m² of business incubation space as private offices. Expertise in a wide range of micro and nonotechnologies, biomedical and clinical research are available and this will grow significantly over the coming years through the strategic recruitment of academic staff by CNH (please see expertise page for further details of research areas and academic profiles).
The Centre will be located on 2 floors within the podium of the Institute of Life Science (phase 2) building.
