Postgraduate Degrees
The School of Engineering offers a portfolio of cutting-edge postgraduate courses that reflect our research strengths and the changing needs of industry. These are run as taught masters (MSc) and research (MRes, MPhil, EngD, PhD) degrees. Additionally, the School offers the prestigious Erasmus Mundus MSc in Computational Mechanics along with the universities of Stuttgart, Nantes and Barcelona. The two year programme is fully funded for non-European union students.
Many of the degrees are either accredited or in the process of being accredited by professional bodies as Further Learning provision, thereby enabling students with an accredited BEng or BSc to progress towards the Chartered Engineer status.
