The services that we offer to current students and alumni include:
- Individual advice and guidance
- A programme of events comprising employers' presentations and employability workshops
- Annual Careers Fairs on both campuses
- A range of subscription-based information resources and interactive tools
- Help with finding work experience opportunities

The Swansea Employability Academy Team agrees an annual Service Level Agreement with each College or School to identify key areas of work and types of support that we will provide. The Teaching Quality Manual and the Handbook for Personal Tutors also include key information relating to Employability in the curriculum.
Staff Careers Advice and Guidance
TheSwansea Employability Academy is able to provide advice and guidance to early career research staff. Appointments need to be booked via the telephone +44 (0)1792 513266. Please note that students would take priority, and appointments with early career research staff would need to be arranged around commitments to students.
PhD students, including those who are funded PhD students at Swansea University, have access to SEA’s careers advice and guidance service and can book via the same methods as students at myuni.swansea.ac.uk/employability/appointments/.
