Our 10-week Academic Pre-sessional is a full-time programme which is perfect for you if:
The intensive 10-week Academic Pre-sessional programme will build your confidence and enable you to begin your undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a good understanding of the expectations of academic study at a UK university. The courses will help you to develop the following:
We aim to make your pre-sessional study with us as relevant as possible to your future degree programme by providing subject-related course content. Each week includes 23 hours of organised tuition. In addition, you will be required to carry out a programme of self-study and complete a number of individual assignments. Please note that you will be required to buy a course book which will cost no more than £30.00.
During the course you will build a portfolio of coursework which will be used as part of your final assessment. You will also have a personal tutor who will meet you regularly to help you to develop individual targets to help you achieve your academic goals and to write your individual project.
The 10-Week Academic Pre-sessional gives you everything you need to maximise your confidence and improve your skills before you begin your degree at the start of the academic year.

Minimum 5.0 in all components
Exit this programme for degree programmes requiring a 6.0 or 6.5 and higher
Course fees include one trip per term. Please note that you will be required to buy a coursebook which will cost no more than £30.00.
