Dweud eich Dweud yn Ddiogel

Mae Coleg y Gwyddorau Dynol ac Iechyd yn cefnogi'r ymgyrch "Speak Out Safely" gan y Nursing Times. Mae hyn yn golygu ein bod ni am i bob aelod o'n staff a myfyrwyr i deimlo y gallant godi pryderon am gamweddau neu arfer gwael pan fyddant yn ei weld ac yn hyderus y bydd eu pryderon yn cael eu trin mewn ffordd adeiladol.

Speak out safely

Rydym yn addo, lle mae staff neu fyfyrwyr yn nodi gwir bryder diogelwch cleifion, byddwn yn eu cefnogi, yn eu helpu i sicrhau bod eu pryder yn cael ei ymchwilio yn llawn ac, os yw'n briodol, gweithredu ar eu pryder. Byddwn hefyd yn rhoi adborth am sut y mae darparwyr gwasanaethau wedi ymateb i'r mater a godwyd ganddynt, cyn gynted ag y bo modd.

P'un a ydych yn aelod staff, neu fyfyriwr, siaradwch pan fyddwch yn teimlo bod rhywbeth o'i le os gwelwch yn dda. Rydym am i chi fod yn gallu dweud eich dweud yn ddiogel.
