Trosolwg Cwrs

Ein BSc Rheoli Busnes yw'r rhaglen fwyaf a mwyaf sefydledig yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth. Bydd yn eich galluogi i feithrin amrywiaeth eang o arbenigeddau mewn agweddau ar fusnes a rheoli (megis marchnata, rheoli gweithrediadau, cyllid, cyfrifyddu, strategaeth a rheoli adnoddau dynol), yn ogystal â chynnig ystod o fodiwlau arbenigol, blaengar, dewisol. Mae'r radd hon yn ddelfrydol i'r myfyriwr sy'n awyddus i ragori a chyrraedd lefel uchaf ymarfer rheoli busnes byd-eang.

Fel arfer, mae cynigion ar gyfer rhaglenni yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth o fewn yr ystod  'ABB-BBB' neu gyfwerth. Ystyrir pob cais yn unigol, gyda graddau TGAU, pynciau a graddau Lefel UG, profiad gwaith, geirdaon a’r datganiad personol i gyd yn cael eu hystyried. Mae cynigion amrywiol yn cael eu gwneud yn dibynnu ar y pynciau a astudiwyd. Nid oes angen cymhwyster Safon Uwch mewn Busnes, Economeg, Mathemateg na Chyfrifeg/Cyllid. Nid ydym yn ystyried Astudiaethau Cyffredinol yn bwnc Safon Uwch at ddibenion gwneud cynigion. Gall myfyrwyr gyfuno cymwysterau Safon Uwch â'r cymwysterau eraill a restrir isod. Mae hefyd angen TGAU Mathemateg a Saesneg gradd C o leiaf.

Bagloriaeth Ryngwladol

Bydd yr Ysgol Reolaeth yn gwneud cynigion i fyfyrwyr sydd â Bagloriaeth Ryngwladol ddisgwyliedig o 32–33 neu uwch (neu sydd â hyn yn barod).

BTEC (18-uned)

Bydd yr Ysgol Reolaeth yn gwneud cynigion i fyfyrwyr sydd â chanlyniadau BTEC disgwyliedig o DDM neu well (neu sydd â'r canlyniadau hyn yn barod).

Saesneg

Rhaid i ymgeiswyr nad ydynt yn siaradwyr Saesneg brodorol ennill cyfartaledd o 6.0 a rhaid i bob cydran fod yn 5.5 neu fwy mewn IELTS neu brofion cyfwerth.

I fyfyrwyr nad ydynt yn bodloni'r gofyniad iaith Saesneg, rydym yn cynnig ystod o gyrsiau hyfforddi cyn-sesiynol y mae modd eu dilyn cyn dechrau ar eu cwrs gradd. Mae rhagor o fanylion ar gael yma.

Y ffioedd dysgu blynyddol ar gyfer blwyddyn academaidd 2018/19 fydd:

Gellir codi ffioedd myfyrwyr Israddedig y DU/UE llawn amser yn chwyddiannol mewn blynyddoedd astudio i ddod. Penderfynir ar y swm gan Lywodraeth Cymru.

Bydd ffioedd ar gyfer myfyrwyr rhyngwladol Israddedig yn cynyddu 3% ar gyfer pob blwyddyn ddilynol o astudio.

Efallai y byddwch yn gymwys i gael arian i helpu i gefnogi eich astudiaethau. I gael gwybod am ysgoloriaethau, bwrsariaethau a chyfleoedd cyllido eraill sydd ar gael, ewch i dudalen ysgoloriaethau a bwrsariaethau'r Brifysgol.

Mae'r llyfrau testun argymelledig ar gyfer y cwrs hwn ar gael yn y llyfrgell. Mae'r holl feddalwedd sydd ei hangen ar gyfer y cwrs ar gael ar rwydwaith yr Ysgol Reolaeth, i'w defnyddio yn ein hystafelloedd cyfrifiaduron ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe.

Opsiynau gradd 4 blynedd

Rheolir cyfleoedd i astudio dramor ar y cyd â'r Tîm Ewch yn Fyd-eang, Prifysgol Abertawe. Mae rhagor o wybodaeth am gyfleoedd i astudio dramor ar gael yma.

Mae'r Ysgol Reolaeth yn cynnig amrywiaeth o gynlluniau lleoliadau gwaith (blwyddyn ym myd diwydiant) sy'n cael eu cydlynu gan ein tîm cyflogadwyedd mewnol. Mae canllawiau manwl ar y broses lleoliadau gwaith, gan gynnwys hanesion o lwyddiant myfyrwyr, ar gael yma.

Prosiect Blwyddyn Olaf

Mae'r modiwl Prosiect Blwyddyn Olaf yn cysylltu myfyrwyr â sefydliadau allanol o holl feysydd busnes, sy'n eu helpu i roi syniadau a ddysgwyd yn yr ystafell ddosbarth ar waith mewn amgylchedd busnes go iawn, ac yn darparu cyfle i greu argraff dda ar ddarpar gyflogwyr.

Byddwch yn ymgymryd â phrosiect grŵp mewn cydweithrediad â busnes, sefydliad masnachol neu sefydliad arall, yn gwneud ymchwil marchnata ac yn cynnig argymhellion i ddatrys problem sy'n cael ei phennu gan ddarparwr y prosiect. Mae lefel sylweddol o oruchwylio a chymorth yn cael ei darparu drwy gydol y broses, gan dîm o staff academaidd a gwasanaethau proffesiynol profiadol iawn.

Yn ystod y tair blynedd diwethaf, mae dros 90 o fusnesau wedi cydweithio â'r Ysgol Reolaeth drwy'r modiwl Prosiect Blwyddyn Olaf, gan alluogi dros 250 o fyfyrwyr i fod yn rhan o brosiectau rheoli newid bob blwyddyn.

Ysgoloriaethau

Mae Prifysgol Abertawe yn cynnig amrywiaeth o ysgoloriaethau i helpu ariannu astudiaethau, gan gynnwys:

Ysgoloriaeth Ragoriaeth – dyfernir i fyfyrwyr sy'n ennill graddau AAA neu uwch Safon Uwch (neu gyfwerth) – £3,000 dros ddwy flynedd.

Ysgoloriaeth Deilyngdod – dyfernir i fyfyrwyr sy'n ennill graddau AAB neu uwch Safon Uwch (neu gyfwerth) – £2,000 dros ddwy flynedd.

Ysgoloriaeth Datblygu Dyfodol – Mae'r Ysgol Reolaeth hefyd yn cynnig pecyn Ysgoloriaeth Datblygu Dyfodol, sy'n annog myfyrwyr i feithrin nifer o sgiliau proffesiynol wrth weithio gyda'r Ysgol drwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd.

  • Ysgoloriaeth i fyfyrwyr israddedig sydd werth £2,000 i'w thalu tuag at ffioedd dysgu. Ar gael i fyfyrwyr nad ydynt o'r Undeb Ewropeaidd (myfyrwyr rhyngwladol) sydd â chynnig i astudio yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth.
  • Ysgoloriaeth i fyfyrwyr ôl-raddedig sydd werth £3,000 i'w thalu tuag at ffioedd dysgu.

Ar gael i bob myfyrwyr o'r Deyrnas Unedig/Undeb Ewropeaidd a phob myfyriwr rhyngwladol sydd â chynnig i astudio yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth.

Lleoliad a Chyfleusterau

Mae Campws y Bae mewn lleoliad eithriadol ar ochr ddwyreiniol Abertawe, gyda mynediad uniongyrchol i’r traeth a’i bromenâd glan-y-môr ei hun. Mae’r campws yn cynnig llety modern a golau i fyfyrwyr, gan gynnwys ystafelloedd safonol a phremiwm, ystafelloedd dau wely ac ystafelloedd sy’n hygyrch i gadeiriau olwyn.

Mae adeiladau ac adnoddau’r campws yn cynnwys:

Darpariaeth arlwyo a bwyd eang, gan gynnwys caffeterias, bar, archfarchnad, tŷ golchi a phwyntiau codi arian. Mae hyn i gyd yn ogystal â chyfleusterau chwaraeon hamdden a thraeth i bawb ei fwynhau.

Gyrfaoedd a Chyflogadwyedd

Mae gennym hanes ardderchog o leoli ein graddedigion gyda chwmnïau rhyngwladol mawr.

O'r funud yr ydych yn cyrraedd yr Ysgol Reolaeth byddwn yn gweithio gyda chi er mwyn eich helpu i feithrin eich sgiliau a'ch profiad er mwyn cyfoethogi'ch cyfleoedd gyrfa.

  • Ymgymryd â lleoliad gwaith neu interniaeth drwy Rwydwaith Gyflogedig Interniaeth Abertawe (“SPIN”) neu'r fenter ‘Wythnos o Waith’.
  • Mynychu'r Ffair Yrfaoedd a rhyngweithio â chyflogwyr.
  • Gweithio a rhwydweithio gyda chyflogwyr o ystod o gwmnïau cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol drwy ein seminarau a'n digwyddiadau.
  • Rhoi hwb i'ch sgiliau a chwrdd â chyflogwyr yn ystod ein Modiwl Cyflogadwyedd, sy'n cael ei gynnal ddwywaith y flwyddyn.
  • Cyflawni Gwobr Cyflogadwyedd Abertawe.
  • Cymryd rhan yn ein cystadleuaeth Busnes yn y Bae, a chystadlu yn erbyn myfyrwyr eraill.
  • Ymuno â'n cymuned o gyn-fyfyrwyr a chwrdd â graddedigion o'r blynyddoedd blaenorol sy'n gallu cynnig manteision eu profiadau.
