Mae'r radd yn y Gyfraith a Hanes yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr ategu eu hastudiaethau yn y gyfraith drwy ddilyn ystod eang o fodiwlau hanes sy'n adlewyrchu diddordebau amrywiol staff yr Adran Hanes.

Fel disgyblaethau, mae'r gyfraith a hanes yn aml yn canmol ei gilydd o'r safbwynt bod rheolau cyfreithiol yn aml yn adlewyrchu arferion cymdeithasol cyffredinol ar yr adeg y crëwyd y gyfraith berthnasol. Gall myfyrwyr ddewis astudio ystod o bynciau, gan gynnwys modiwlau sy'n canolbwyntio ar hanes canoloesol, hanes modern cynnar a hanes modern.

Gwybodaeth bwysig ar gyfer 2018/19: Yn ddiweddar mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cyhoeddi datganiad (Gorffennaf 2017) yn amlinellu ei bwriad i gynyddu uchafswm y ffi ddysgu yn 2018/19 ar gyfer rhaglenni gradd israddedig llawn amser yn unol â chwyddiant. Gall hyn olygu y gallai uchafswm y ffi ddysgu ar gyfer 2018/19 gynyddu o £9,000 i £9,295 y flwyddyn. Os bydd Llywodraeth Cymru’n cymeradwyo’r diweddariad hwn i Reoliadau Addysg Uwch (Cyfansymiau) (Cymru) 2015 yn ddiweddarach yn y flwyddyn, bydd y Brifysgol yn ymgeisio i Gyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru (HEFCW) i gynyddu ei lefel uchafswm ffi i £9,295 yn amodol ar gymeradwyo newid i Gynllun Ffi a Mynediad 2018/19. Os caiff ei gymeradwyo gan HEFCW, bydd y Brifysgol yn ysgrifennu ar unwaith at yr holl fyfyrwyr a effeithir a’u hysbysu am y cynnydd hwn mewn ffioedd cyn gynted â phosibl.

Gellir codi ffioedd myfyrwyr Israddedig y DU/UE llawn amser yn chwyddiannol mewn blynyddoedd astudio i ddod. Penderfynir ar y swm gan Lywodraeth Cymru.

Bydd ffioedd ar gyfer myfyrwyr rhyngwladol Israddedig yn cynyddu 3% ar gyfer pob blwyddyn ddilynol o astudio.
