The multi disciplinary team works in partnership with consultants and contractors to deliver the Capital, Planned Maintenance and Minor Works Programmes.

The Section also provides technical support and advice to the Facilities Section and other university schools and departments, and is responsible for surveying the condition of the existing estate.

Fiona Nixon Deputy Director extn. 5822, is responsible for the effective delivery of this service.
