Distinguished Lecture Series

Our aim with this new series is three high-profile lectures each semester, generally targeting a broad audience of computer scientists.

We were pleased to be able to launch the series with an excellent and diverse programme of distinguished speakers for 2011–2012, in collaboration with the South Wales Branch of the British Computer Society, the Learned Society of Wales, Software Alliance Wales, Technocamps, and ITWales.

The lectures in this series are normally held 4:00–5:00pm on a Tuesday in the Department of Computer Science, Faraday Building, and followed by a reception.
