The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund

The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund continues the Princess's humanitarian work in the UK and overseas.  By giving grants to organisations, championing charitable causes, advocacy, campaigning and awareness raising, the Fund works to secure sustainable improvements in the lives of the most vulnerable people in the UK and around the world.

 

TRANSDEMOS

Transdemos is a six-year research program carried out jointly by researchers from the Departments of Political Science at Lund and Stockholm University between 2008 and 2013. The program is funded by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (The Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation).

 

Wales Strategic Migration Partnership

The WSMP (Asylum Seekers, Refugees & Migrants) plays a lead role working with a range of partners from the statutory, voluntary and community sectors in the development of strategic policies and initiatives on asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in Wales.

 

 Welsh Refugee Council

The Welsh Refugee Council is the lead voluntary sector agency working with refugees and asylum seekers in Wales. The WRC's visions is to empower refugees and asylum seekers to rebuild their lives through :

  • providing direct advice and information to asylum seekers and refugees through a team of caseworkers based in offices in the four dispersal areas
  • a range of specialist support services in key areas including access to housing, health care and training, employment and volunteering as well as building the capacity of Refugee Community Organisations and strengthening links between local communities and refugee communities
  • proactively advocating for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers.
