Swansea University’s Phase 2 developments commenced in January 2016. The phase 2 developments involves both the Bay Campus and Singleton Park Campus which includes the Computational Foundry, the development of Student Residences, the reintroduction of a Chemistry department, the progression of A Regional Collaboration for Health (ARCH) and the co-location of Natural Resources Wales.
The European Investment Bank has agreed to provide £60 million to enhance both Swansea University’s historic Singleton Park Campus and to expand research facilities at the new science and innovation Bay Campus.
Phase 2 will see developments on the Bay Campus, which includes the Computational Foundry and Student Residences.
Phase 2 developments on Singleton Campus include Chemistry, the ARCH project and the co-location Natural Resources Wales.
