We provide training and support in:

• Swansea’s Student Information System (SITS).  New staff working with this application will receive individual training before using this system.
• Oracle Discoverer which is an application enabling users to extract data from Oracle tables.
• Timeware which manages employee time and attendance records. 
• Swansea’s Intranet System which has been developed for staff and students to access a wide range of information.
• Microsoft Applications.  We provide support and advice for the commonly used Office Applications.
