- The minimum stay is 7 nights.
- All fees are for room rental only and do not include any catering allowance.
- Applications must be received at least 3 working days in advance of arrival.
- Bedding, toiletries and kitchenware are not provided in University accommodation.
- Payment of accommodation fees must be paid in full, prior to arrival to secure the booking. A Reversion Deposit is not required for Summer accommodation bookings.

Staff & Visitor Accommodation
As part of the University’s campus provision, we are pleased to be able to offer short-term, onsite accommodation to staff, students and visiting colleagues.
Both Medium Ensuite (small double) and larger Premium Ensuite (double bed) rooms are available at Bay Campus at a cost of £140 and £155 per week respectively. The accommodation on offer is available during term time as well as during vacation periods and is provided on a ‘per week’ basis.
