Not all courses start and end at the same times. Standard courses are the 'typical' 40 Week Undergraduate course. You can check your term dates here.

If your course starts weeks before and runs for weeks after the 'typical' academic year, or runs for only part of it then no problem, we can help. You will need to let us know your course dates and we can try and support you by offering an adjusted tenancy.

Courses that can start earlier, can run longer and have different hours of study include:

  • Medicine and Health Care students such as Audiology, Cardiac Physiology, Medical Engineering, Neurophysiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Physics, Radiotherapy Physics, Rehabilitation Engineering, Respiratory and Sleep Physiology, Nursing (Adult/Child/Mental Health), Midwifery, Paramedic Science.
  • Postgraduate Courses
  • Visiting & Exchange Students. These typically can be for 1 or 2 Semesters only.

When applying for accommodation, please state the start and end date of your course so we can allocate your accommodation accordingly.
