1.   CREATE AN ACCOMMODTION ACCOUNT

To apply for Accommodation you MUST FIRST 'create an accommodation account',

Please see EXAMPLE below:

If you have not created an account yet, click here:  Create Account If you have forgotten your password, click here:  Forgotten Password

Complete the required information and write down the Username and Password as you will need this at a later date to check on the status of your application. It is often useful to keep your 'Username' as your student number and the 'Password' an easy one to remember such as your Pets Name, Favourite Band etc.,

2.   CONFIRM THE EMAIL TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

You will then receive an email to confirm the account, you MUST confirm this email to proceed

You will then have to confirm this by following the instruction on the email, you may need to close your web pages in order to go back to the applying page (as some computer settings remember the last page visited).  If you forget your Username or Password at any time please see page on What Happens Next.

Please be advised that students using a Hotmail Account or a Company Account the confirmation email may not get to your account or go into the 'Junk Mail' folder.  If you do not have an email account.  Please click here to set up your university Intranet and Email Account.

3.   APPLY FOR ACCOMMODATION

Once your Accommodation Account has been created you will be able to make an on-line application,

You must ensure that you complete all sections. The final screen of the application process should read:

'Thank you for completing your application on-line. We will contact you on the email address you have provided when we have processed your application'.

If you do not see this page and receive an email confirming your choices then your application may not have been submitted successfully.

4. HAVE THE FOLLOWING AT HAND

To apply please ensure you have the following information to hand:
Your Student Number This is a 6 digit number (e.g. 123456) this can be found on the top of your letter from the Admissions office
Date of Birth in the following format dd/mm/yyyy
Email Address Please ensure you inform Admissions of your up to date email address as all correspondence will be via email
Firm Accommodation Choice  6 choices are required to complete the application
