Swansea University - Current Students

Current Students

At Swansea University we realise that where you live is an important part of your university experience. That is why we help you through the process of securing quality accommodation throughout your university life - not just for your first year.

CLO - EXTERNAL

UNIVERSITY FLATS / HOUSES

The university manages a number of properties both flats and houses on behalf of Landlords enabling students to live in the private sector with the comfort of dealing with the university for any issues that may arise.  These properties are let on a forty-one week contract for undergraduate and exchange students.  Contracts start in mid-September and includes Christmas and Easter vacations and run through until the end of June.

PRIVATE SECTOR ACCOMMODATION

Ernald-Roofs

Residential Services produces and updates lists of private-sector vacancies throughout the year, please remember that there is an abundance of Private Sector Accommodation so do not rush into sighing a contract.  We are able to offer advice on tenancy agreements and problems with disrepair or with your landlord.  Usually it is easiest to do this if you call into Residential Services.  Make sure your friends know it's time to do something about next year's accommodation. Pass the word around!
